Deleting a POCademy account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Google Play. Users must cancel subscriptions directly through Google Play.
1. How to request deletion
Email info.pocademy@gmail.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
2. Include in your request
- Registered email address.
- Full name, if available.
- Confirmation that you want the account deleted.
- Any additional details needed to verify ownership.
3. Verification
POCademy may verify identity before deleting or anonymising account data.
4. Data that may be deleted or anonymised
- User profile information.
- Learning progress and quiz data.
- APS calculator history.
- Study schedules.
- Notification tokens and device records.
- Chat records where legally and technically appropriate.
- Referral information where no retention requirement exists.
5. Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, audit, security and dispute resolution purposes.
- Payment and transaction history.
- Subscription records needed for accounting.
- Promoter payout and referral records.
- Security audit logs.
- Fraud investigation records.
6. Processing time
Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after successful verification.
